Job Title : Process Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Contract Duration : 6+ Months

Pay range : C$124.14 - 172.41 / hr

Location : Burlington, ON

Work Type : Hybrid

About the Role :

Join our Process and Data Governance team within Finance and Procurement Business Operations Transformation. We maintain and govern a core process and data model supporting finance and procurement activities for Ingka group companies.

As a Process SME, you'll play a crucial role in the rollout of our core template to countries worldwide. You'll support countries in their transformation journey by identifying and addressing gaps in the core template, testing defect resolutions, and conducting business acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Review and Approval : Review and approve process changes, process-related documentation, and provide input to training materials, desk top procedures, and test scenarios.
• Deployment Support : Support cluster deployments, including process education, fit-gap analysis, process design, change impact assessment, and user acceptance testing.
• Process Governance : Adhere to established program methodologies and maintain the process model, including data, internal controls, KPIs, and desk top procedures.
• Template Deployment : Contribute to change impact assessments, change and communication plans, GBO transitions, data migrations, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and training.
• Template Development : Participate in process design for template enhancements, support demand management, data migration, SIT, UAT, hypercare, and training.
