Job descriptionYou have 6-9 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or other relevant domain. You have a University Degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent technical experience. ACAS or FCAS designations are considered an asset. You have strong knowledge and understanding of : Data analysis, Programing / tools, Modelling techniques, Data warehouse / data management, Research, Architecture / design. You have experience solving complex problems by taking anew perspective onexisting solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources ofinformation and can provide clear recommendations for improvement. You have deep Claims Process Knowledge with an expert understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle. Experience with the following technologies is required : SQL and Azure Synapse Experience with the following technologies is an asset : MicroStrategy, PowerBI This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members. You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs. You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions. You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view. You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues. As a Senior Data Analyst in the Claims Data and Analytics Solutions Team, you will contribute by working on complex data analysis projects while also supporting your team through coaching on the use of data analytics. You will demonstrate critical judgment in determining how a business objective can be addressed and decompose complex problems or high-level business objectives into smaller problems that can be solved using data analysis.

What’s in it for you?
Expected salary range $72,847 - $121,411.
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to : local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.”
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and / or business performance, or other business metrics.
