Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with leadership responsibility. - Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from both operational and financial perspectives. - Strong background in steel stud, drywall, wall and ceiling systems, or related commercial construction disciplines preferred. - Experience working directly with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients. - Strong understanding of construction budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project profitability. - Ability to interpret project financial reports and identify opportunities or risks. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence teams and build strong relationships. - A collaborative leader who is firm, fair, and respected by field teams. - Ability to balance strategic decision-making with hands-on involvement in project execution. - Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Adaptable, approachable, and willing to learn and support established company processes. - Valid driver’s license with the ability and willingness to travel between project locations. Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package based on experience. - Comprehensive benefits package. - Opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and career advancement. - Opportunity to play a key role in expanding a growing construction operation across Western Canada. - Collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong focus on quality, safety, and successful project delivery.
