Rol

  • Se busca perfil con experiencia en coordinación de proyectos tecnológicos, así como la gestión de productos digitales E2E (definición funcional, UX / UI, búsqueda proveedores, desarrollo software, pruebas, roll-out, formación, engagement, plan de comunicación…)
  • Desarrollo de proyectos a partir del diseño de alto nivel proporcionado por negocio o los analistas funcionales del departamento.
  • Detectar ineficiencias, optimizar procesos digitales y de negocio y proponer mejoras en sistemas, aplicaciones y procedimientos ya existentes. Mejora continua.
  • Asistir y / o liderar la coordinación de proyectos y tareas de integración o implantación de aplicaciones de negocio globales con equipos de D&T de otros países.
  • Soporte y resolución de incidencias. Atención al usuario y apoyo en la gestión del cambio.

Requisitos

Conocimientos imprescindibles :

  • Titulación superior, preferiblemente Ingeniería informático o de telecomunicaciones, industrial, matemáticas, física o estadística.
  • Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia demostrable en puesto de responsabilidad similar en gran empresa (BIG 4 o similar).
  • Nivel de inglés muy alto, hablado y escrito, para interacción con países europeos y USA.
  • Nivel avanzado de Office.
  • Amplios Conocimientos y Experiencia En :
  • Definición funcional de requerimientos de negocio para trasladarlo a equipos técnicos (desarrollo SW, devops, vendors externos..) teniendo mucho foco en el UX / UI.
  • Gestión de productos digitales, tanto en fase de implantación como de seguimiento, asegurando una comunicación, formación y seguimiento de uso adecuado por parte de usuarios finales.
  • Metodología Agile de desarrollo (pe : Scrum).
  • Desarrollo software de aplicaciones web (frontend, backend, DevOps, REST APIs, Web Services…).
  • Consulta y modelización de bases de datos (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server…).
  • Lenguaje Javascript y frameworks de desarrollo (Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Typescript…).
  • IDEs : Visual Studio y otros (pe : Notepad++, DBeaver, SQL Management Studio…).

    • Conocimientos Valorados, Pero No Imprescindibles :

  • Infraestructura Cloud AWS o similares (Kubernetes, EKS, VPCs, subnets, EC2, S3…).
  • Pipelines DevOps / CICD (Github, Terraform, Vault, Jenkins…).
  • Arquitecturas y procesos de autenticación (pe : Active Directory, IAM…).
  • .Net (Principalmente C#), XML, XRM, HTML, Ajax, SOAP.
  • Herramientas de prototipado y diseño (pe : Figma).
