THE OPPORTUNITY

The UGDSB is seeking a dynamic individual to join our elementary teaching team for the following opportunity :

Position Details : Long Term Occasional Assignment Core French & French Immersion Science 1.0FTE

Location : Rockwood Centennial

Rate of Pay : $52974.00 - $119975.00 per annum; salary grid rate is based on QECO rating and teaching experience; annual salary is prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1 2025

Required Qualifications : FSL Part 1 Junior Intermediate

Reporting to the Principal of the assigned school the Long-Term Occasional Teacher is responsible for providing continuous high-quality education during the temporary absence of the regular teacher. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting student achievement and well-being in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies.
