Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals skilled in operating industrial machinery for production and manufacturing. Immigration support is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production
Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Inspect finished products for quality control and compliance with standards
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and reduce waste
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors

Requirements

Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Basic math and computer skills for data entry and machine programming

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety regulations
