Job descriptionCoordinate parts and people with Shift Leader to set up lines in order to meet production start times. Basic knowledge of how to troubleshoot and maintain the efficient mechanical function of basic machinery operation. Ensure food and personal safety hazards are corrected quickly and effectively to meet company and legislative requirements. Prompt resolution and follow through on issues and escalate when required. Timely and accurately load trolleys. Maintain the flow of production and assist production employees when necessary. Able to run and set up various Processing lines. Knowledge of how to set up a complete side line. Knowledge of how each line operates. Full understanding of v-mag settings. Able to train General Labourers on tasks. Other tasks as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of Food Manufacturing experience. Dessert Manufacturing Facility experience. Strong BRC (or similar GFSI) knowledge and experience. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OHSA.
