Job Description
These positions will be responsible for the operation of the CNC machining centers. We are currently searching for individuals who have a minimum two years’ experience in CNC machining operation.
Afternoon Shift (Monday – Friday 2 : 30pm – 11 : 00pm).
Night Shift (Sunday – Thursday 10 : 30pm – 7 : 00am)
Responsibilities include :
- Assist in the set up and operate CNC machining centres and related equipment ensuring all product is correctly machined all the time
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run parts and sample work pieces; adhering to company standards
- Maintains equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
