Join Intralot as a Business Analyst – Build Quality Into Every Experience

At Intralot, we shape the future of gaming through innovation and technology. Our global presence, diverse culture, and dynamic teams set the foundation for a people-first strategy. We’re looking for a Business Analyst. Are you a passionate professional ready to take the next step in your career? At Intralot Canada we're transforming the gaming industry with scalable, reliable, and cutting-edge systems. Here’s your chance to make a difference and grow with a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and collaboration.

Your Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that ideas, needs, and expectations are translated into solutions that deliver real value.

You will work closely with business owners, product teams, and developers to ensure that requirements are clearly understood, well-defined, and implemented in a way that meets customer expectations and business objectives.

Every requirement you clarify and every decision you help guide directly contributes to better products and better outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Understand Business & Customer Needs

  • Engage with business stakeholders and customers to uncover, analyze, and validate business needs.

  • Ask the right questions to understand not only what is needed, but why it matters.

Define Clear and Actionable Requirements

  • Participate in the definition and analysis of business requirements, ensuring they are complete, consistent, and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements that development teams can confidently implement.

Bridge Business and Technology

  • Ensure that requirements are fully understood by both Business and Development teams, acting as a common point of reference throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Support development teams during design and implementation, clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities as they arise.

Ensure Solutions Meet Expectations

  • Validate that the designed and delivered solutions truly satisfy customer and business expectations.

  • Support testing and acceptance activities to confirm that requirements have been correctly implemented.

Support Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to improving requirements practices, documentation standards, and collaboration processes.

  • Capture feedback from stakeholders and delivery teams to continuously refine solution outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

Education

  • A College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant technology-related field.

Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Business Analysis or Product Management, ideally within technology-driven or Gaming environments.

  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise software development teams.

️ Business Analysis & Delivery Skills

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Familiarity with the full Business Analysis process, including:

    • Requirements gathering and elicitation

    • Stakeholder communication and alignment

    • Planning and requirements management

    • Analysis, documentation, and specification

    • Implementation support and testing

Technical & Integration Awareness

  • Familiarity with 3rd-party system integrations, APIs, and data flows.

  • Working knowledge of relational databases and how business requirements translate into data models and queries will be considered a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on integration-heavy solutions.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication skills, able to align business and technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.

  • Great communicator in English (Fluent/Native) and French (Fluent/optionally), able to coordinate across teams delivering thrilling player experiences.
