Join Our Team in Canada!
Our Finance Department is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Saint John New Brunswick! At Bicom Systems youll join a collaborative and growing tech company where respect and teamwork are truly this role youll work alongside talented colleagues from around the globe while supporting the Finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping reconciliations payroll preparation month-end tasks and general administrative duties.
What your day will look like :
- Perform general ledger reconciliations including bank accounts and credit cards
- Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoicing payment follow-ups and bill processing
- Payroll administration and reconciliation (twice a month)
- Track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules
- Prepare and remit HST and corporate tax
- Coordinate with and assist external accountants
- Post journal entries perform month-end closing
- Year-end preparation
- Prepare reports for management
- Admin and supportive duties as required
