About This Role
The Manager, Client Partnerships is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving business development, overseeing client engagement, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong business acumen and consultative abilities, along with the confidence to partner with and advise senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow new client relationships across target geographic areas and industries.
- Lead discovery meetings and pitch presentations, articulating the firm’s value proposition and custom solutions to executive audiences.
- Own the client onboarding process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and scope alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and delivery of high-quality service throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment and advisory mandates.
- Represent the firm at industry events, panels, and networking forums to build brand visibility and thought leadership.

This position is structured as an Independent Contractor, and not an employee. The successful candidate’s compensation will be based on a full‑commission model and offers an above‑market revenue sharing structure, great work / life flexibility, a solid opportunity to build your own practice, and long‑term incentives.
