Client Success Manager

Do you thrive on building meaningful relationships with clients? As a Client Success Manager, your mission is to spread joy and delight to our clients every day. You will be the face of our company, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

You will spend your days working with clients, answering questions, and solving problems. You will be the go‑to person for all things related to our products and services, and you will work tirelessly to ensure our clients are happy and satisfied. As a Client Success Manager you will be working closely with our sales, marketing and product teams to ensure everyone is on the same page, nothing is slipping through the cracks, and everyone is working towards the same goal; making our client happy.

In terms of technical knowledge, you will definitely need to have some, be comfortable talking with our software engineers and translating the ones and zeros into language that our customers will understand. You will bring a strong background from the insurance industry and in managing technology‑focused accounts with a road paved with happy customers. Bringing a passion for listening to our customers, building strong relationships, and working with our team on expanding the value that we are delivering, you are driven by the challenge of retaining and growing your portfolio of accounts.

Job Description

  • Work closely with our business development team to take over and onboard new client relationships
  • Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships in a professional and timely manner
  • Work to develop a thorough understanding of clients’ existing business and assist the Trufla team with creating strategies and solutions to solve client business challenges
  • Create and manage an account plan focused on growing Trufla’s relationship with clients and identifies opportunities to help clients improve and grow their business
  • Ensure regular and timely communications with clients to keep them up to date on all programs and their performance
  • Create and present client reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to all Trufla products and services
  • Work with Trufla team to ensure that all client deliverables are executed to plan
  • Gather, organize, and present client feedback to help our product owners focus on the enhancements and new features that will provide meaningful benefits to our clients
  • Continually update your knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and the insurance industry
  • Build strong relationships with team members and partners
  • Support the ongoing business development efforts where needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology company, marketing agency, or professional services firm
  • 3+ years’ experience working in the insurance industry, ideally as a broker.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships
  • Demonstrates initiative and decision‑making skills
  • Experience with client‑facing support for technology solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Jira
