How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop and execute an annual vigorous Territory Plan
- Manage and deploy selling resources within the Territory
- Track opportunity management, forecast, and competitive awareness
- Develop a strategy to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers
- Report wins / losses and communicate client needs and market conditions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent6+ years of sales / engineering experience in the rotating equipment industry with knowledge of turbo, reciprocating, and steam applications; more experience may qualify for a higher levelStrong client relationship building at all levelsExcellent listening skills and a positive attitude in adversityGood organization skills, time management, file and record organization, and proven ability to close business opportunitiesTravel 50% within the territory of major accounts (domestic only)Legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization; internal transfer eligibility for employees with current visa sponsorshipAbout The Team
