Client Success Manager

Do you thrive on building meaningful relationships with clients? As a Client Success Manager, your mission is to spread joy and delight to our clients every day. You will be the face of our company, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and theirexpectations areexceed.

You will spend your days working with clients, answering questions, and solving problems. You will be thego toperson for all things related to ourproductsand services, and you will work tirelessly to ensure our clients are happy and satisfied.As a Client Success Manager you will be working closely with our sales,marketingand product teams to ensure everyone is on the same page, nothing is slipping through the cracks, and everyone is working towards the same goal; making our client happy.

In terms of technical knowledge, you will definitely need to have some, be comfortable talking with our softwareengineersand translating the ones and zeros into language that our customers will understand.You will bring a strong backgroundfrom the insurance industry andinmanagingtechnology-focused accountswith a road pavedwithhappy customers.Bringingapassionforlistening to ourcustomers, building strong relationships,and working withour teamon expanding the valuethat we aredelivering, you aredriven by the challenge ofretainingand growing your portfolio of accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work closely withourbusiness development team totake overand onboardnew clientrelationships
  • Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships in a professional andtimelymanner
  • Work to develop a thorough understanding of clients’ existing business andassisttheTruflateam with creating strategies and solutions to solve client business challenges
  • Create and manage an account plan focused on growingTrufla’srelationship with clients andidentifiesopportunities to help clients improve and grow their business
  • Ensure regular andtimelycommunications with clients to keep them up to date on all programs and their performance
  • Create and present client reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to allTruflaproducts and services
  • Work withTruflateam to ensure that allclient deliverablesare executed to plan
  • Gather,organize,and present client feedback to help our product owners focus on the enhancements and new features that will provide meaningful benefits to our clients
  • Continually update your knowledge of digital marketing,lead generation,and the insurance industry
  • Build strong relationships withteam membersand partners
  • Support the ongoing business development effortswhereneeded

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ experience inasimilar role, preferably within a technology company,marketing agency,or professional services firm
  • 3+ years’ experience working in the insurance industry, ideally as a broker.
  • Proventrack recordmanaging client relationships
  • Demonstrates initiative and decision-making skills
  • Experience with client-facing support for technology solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Jira
