  • Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency

  • Comfortable with technology and systems (EPIC/BMS preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Insurance experience is an asset, but not required

Who This Role Is For

  • OR a senior operator looking to scale a growing business
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial (non-corporate) environment

Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary: $95K – $125K+ (flexible based on experience)
  • Annual Bonus
  • Health benefits + education support (CIP, licensing)
  • Additional perks (team events, tickets, etc.)
  • Equity / partnership potential for the right candidate

Why This Opportunity

  • Exposure to executive leadership and decision-making
  • Clear long-term growth into senior leadership / succession
