The Project Manager will provide leadership and expertise to drive strategic, sustainable outcomes for Manitoba's healthcare system. This includes working collaboratively with stakeholders to enable the work of service delivery organizations and deliver centralized project management functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and healthcare leadership, with jurisdictional experience across various clinical and business functions.
Location :
This role is performed remotely within Canada. Services must not be delivered from outside the country.
Skills and Experience :
- Business Analysi :
Minimum of 10 years experience in business analysis, including developing models for operational service delivery and synthesizing findings for leadership decision-making.
Minimum of 5 years experience leading teams in large-scale business transformation programs with multiple concurrent projects.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience working with executive leadership teams, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and synthesizing outputs to develop future state models and transition plans.
Minimum of 5 years experience leading workshops for organizational redesign, developing recommendations, conducting reviews with stakeholders, and securing approval from senior leadership.
Minimum of 5 years experience implementing clinical change in healthcare environments, working directly with front-line patient care staff (e.g., physicians or nurses).
Minimum of 5 years experience in assessing and transforming healthcare service delivery activities, assisting organizations through change and transformation.
Minimum of 2 years experience serving on the Board of Directors in a public sector organization.
