Job descriptionSell Auto & Home Insurance Products Writing New Policies & Cross / up-selling Current Business Develop and implement a business plan for generating new sales (incl. strategies for lead generation such as active prospecting & networking etc.) Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and proactive and effective communication Answers inquiries and provides accurate information about insurance products. Handle inbound & outbound calls with clients & insurance companies. Provides accurate and professional service in person, by telephone, or e-mail. Actively develop an increased knowledge of related insurance products and client needs. Understanding of policy contract wording & interpretation. Responds to information requests and follows established protocols. Perform other duties as assigned. License : RIBO level 1 Advanced skills in Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel Minimum 1 Year experience in General Insurance as a licensed personnel is preferred.
