Prepare pastries, cakes, and other baked goods as an Aramark Baker at a remote lodge near Geraldton, Ontario. Commercial baking experience is valued.

This Baker position handles large-volume baking from preparation through timely service. You will follow standardized recipes, baking methods, production guidelines, and food safety procedures. The role suits candidates with professional remote camp or commercial baking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare pastries, pies, cookies, squares, cakes, and bakery items
Coordinate large-volume baking production and timely service
Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare ingredients
Operate ovens, stoves, mixers, and related equipment
Clean, sanitize, and safely store food and equipment

Requirements:

Professional remote camp or commercial baking experience
Knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations
Food safety certification required
Basic math and counting skills
Written and verbal communication skills
