We're hiring a hands‑on Print Production Specialist to support both small‑format and large‑format printing and finishing in our Langley production facility. If you enjoy working with high‑quality equipment, building signage and graphics from start to finish, and seeing your work come to life-this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run small‑format digital/offset presses for marketing and internal materials
• Operate large‑format printers (UV, latex, solvent, dye‑sub)
• Handle laminating, mounting, trimming, cutting, grommeting, sewing, and packaging
• Fabricate signage, decals, banners, wall graphics, and displays
• Perform basic colour checks and ensure print accuracy
• Assemble finished products to installation‑ready standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production space

What We're Looking For

Required:
✔ 2–5 years in a digital print or signage production environment
✔ Experience with small & large format printing
✔ Hands‑on large‑format finishing and fabrication
✔ Comfortable lifting and working in a production shop

Nice to Have:
➕ RIP software experience (Fiery)
➕ Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
➕ CNC routing or digital cutting tables
