Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and warehousing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator - Picking to join their team. As a Forklift Operator - Picking, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting logistics and material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, reliability, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator (Sit down Counterbalance)
Location: Abbotsford, BC
Pay Range: $21.50/hour
Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm
2-3 weeks assignment

What's the Job?

• Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload flatbed trucks with precision and care
• Move and stage large laminate sheets throughout the warehouse
• Support picking and positioning of materials as required
• Ensure proper handling to prevent damage to products and maintain safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Valid forklift certification (sit-down counterbalance required)
• Proven experience loading/unloading flatbeds
• Comfortable handling large, heavy, or oversized materials (laminate sheets)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable with good attendance for the duration of the assignment
