- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to local health and safety protocols (OHSA) to ensure a secure workplace.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with internal logistics and material handlers to maintain active material flow.
Qualifications
- Industrial Background: Prior experience running equipment in a manufacturing, packaging, or plant setting.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools for routine equipment adjustments and fine-tuning.
- Dependability: Strong track record of regular attendance and workplace punctuality.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortably navigate and stay active throughout a dynamic production floor environment.
