The Plant Engineering Team Manager oversees Operations Engineering including, Process, Tooling, Maintenance, upgrades, new installations and innovation. The role is central to maintaining and improving the plant’s infrastructure, supporting the production of Fords powertrains, and ensuring operational efficiency

5+ years as a Plant Engineering Manager / Facility Engineering Manager.
5+ years leading professional engineers and skilled trades within an automotive manufacturing environment, preferably Union.
