Principales responsabilités

Vente de solutions intégrées

  • Élaborer des présentations de vente multiplateformes proposant des stratégies publicitaires combinant vidéo, audio et OOH, axées sur la performance et la mesure des résultats.
  • Concevoir et présenter des propositions convaincantes, basées sur les données, adaptées aux objectifs d’affaires des clients en tirant pleinement parti de l’écosystème intégré de Bell Média.
  • Promouvoir la valeur des solutions multiplateformes et communiquer clairement les avantages stratégiques des campagnes intégrées.

Développement de la clientèle et gestion des relations

  • Établir, maintenir et renforcer des relations de confiance avec les nouveaux clients et la clientèle existante afin de positionner Bell Média comme partenaire stratégique à long terme.
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer proactivement des solutions innovantes, multicanaux et orientées vers les résultats.

Développement des affaires

  • Déceler et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités de revenus dans les secteurs de la vidéo, de l’audio et de l’affichage extérieur.
  • Alimenter un pipeline constant de prospects et convertir de nouvelles catégories d’annonceurs en partenaires durables de Bell Média.

Gestion du cycle de vente

  • Gérer l’ensemble du processus de vente, de la prospection à la proposition, jusqu’à la négociation et la conclusion des contrats, tout en assurant une mise à jour rigoureuse de Salesforce.
  • Maintenir l’exactitude des prévisions et des rapports afin de soutenir efficacement la planification des revenus.

Qualifications essentielles

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en vente publicitaire, idéalement dans le domaine des médias numériques.
  • Antécédents démontrés de dépassement des objectifs de vente et de développement de nouvelles affaires.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Solide compréhension de l’écosystème médiatique intégré (vidéo, audio, OOH).
  • Aptitude à bâtir des relations de confiance durables avec les clients.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et de Salesforce.
  • Excellentes capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Forte motivation personnelle, sens aigu de l’organisation et souci du détail.
