The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing manufacturing and process engineering, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production, quality, and budget goals. This role involves managing engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency within the plant.
