Assistant construction manager Jobs in Montreal, QC

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stages of a construction project : working with subcontractors, maintaining close relations with the client, and monitoring costs and deadlines.

What will your working week be like?

Responsibilities include project management, client communication, and ensuring project milestones are met within budget and schedule.

Qualifications and skills required :

• Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering;
• At least 5 years' relevant experience;
• Strong management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to show initiative and leadership;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project;
• Bid experience on projects is an asset.
