Job description
Manufacturing Engineer
Would you like to work for a global company that is dedicated to personal career growth? Amico Corporation is a leading manufacturer of Medical Equipment with 9 manufacturing facilities employing over 1100 people across North America.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement tooling, equipment, and process improvements to support lean manufacturing initiatives and enhance production efficiency.
• Drive product and manufacturing improvements by evaluating and implementing feedback from clients and production teams.
• Develop and execute verification and validation (V&V) plans to ensure product quality and performance.
• Create project-specific manufacturing drawings and assemblies using CAD software.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Background in manufacturing engineering or a related engineering discipline; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in tooling and fixture design across a range of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, drill presses, and punching tools.
  • Strong understanding of CAD software and ability to learn new programs.
  • Working knowledge of GD & T
  • Must be willing to learn and work well with technicians, engineers, and all levels of management.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Candidates should be self-starters and have a hands-on approach
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Fast paced environment

On site
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Salary Range: $50,000-$75,000
*Salary will be determined based on candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
