Manufacturing Technician Laser Welding, Advanced Automation
Location: Woodstock, ON
Compensation: $25.00/hour (+ $1.00/hour night shift premium)
Shift Options: Day/Afternoon (2-week rotation) OR Straight Nights (Note: Must be open to permanent night shifts upon hire)

Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and fine-tune state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment
- Read machine telemetry and adjust technical settings to maintain quality, tolerance, and speed standards
- Perform thorough pre-shift cell inspections to ensure top-tier machinery performance
- Track and log key operational metrics into computer inventory and tracking systems
Qualifications- Proven track record in a manufacturing or industrial environment (Required)
- Ability to follow visual work instructions and technical guidelines precisely
- Strong practical math, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Clear written/verbal communication and a collaborative team attitude
- Experience with industrial robotics or automated machinery (Major Asset)
