Job descriptionHigh School Diploma, minimum requirement Must be an installer or technician Must have Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license and 2 years of HVAC experience Must be registered in the apprenticeship program Must be accepted by OCOT and keep up all fees, required licenses, and progress in a timely manner Must have demonstrated a strong of technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles Must have a valid full G Driver’s License Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand / learn new technologies (ie. Electronics / electricity / pressures)
Position Title : HVAC Apprentice Technician Status : Permanent, Full-Time Location : Kingston, ON Compensation : $26.76 Overview of Role Our client is seeking an HVAC Apprentice Technician to join their Kingston team, who is open to on-going growth opportunities within the organization. Our client offers permanent employment, competitive wages and bonus structures, predictable and stable work schedule, and fully paid tuition for eligible team members. Your Day-to-Day :
- Responsible for professionally servicing HVAC equipment, accessory items, for residential customers
- General and detailed inspections of all types of appliances for residential users
- To ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance
- Maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate
- Adhere to all safety rules
