The successful candidate will be a senior executive in accounting and controllership, with a focus on ensuring the integrity and operational effectiveness of the company's financial management framework on a global scale. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's financial governance, regulatory readiness, and enterprise risk management. The VP will lead the day-to-day operations of the accounting, external reporting, and internal control functions, and will be responsible for efficient and accurate close processes, financial administration, and global compliance. A key aspect of the role is to partner with the CFO and Audit Committee, providing strategic advice on financial matters and supporting the company's growth and complexity across various geographies and regulatory obligations. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong background in public-company reporting, external audit, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. A Big Four public accounting background, particularly with a focus on public-company audit and complex technology clients, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, SOX, and internal control frameworks, and possess an active CPA designation. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves growing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence. The VP will also be expected to have a strong understanding of revenue recognition and operational finance best practices, and to ensure that accounting processes are scalable and effective as the business evolves.
