Job description :
We are looking for a Junior to Intermediate Project Manager with Aerospace experience in the North of Montreal. This project entails integration in Air System Development and working with multi-functional teams with a knowledge of aerospace regulations (detailed below).
Key responsibilities :
Integrating detailed planning in associated software and cultivate commitment form internal reviewers
Supervise all deliverables and assist integrator on their different activities
Team Coordination : Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including integrators from different WPs, designers, and suppliers, to ensure all project aspects are aligned.
Risk Management : Identifying potential risks to the project and developing mitigation strategies with the integrator.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintaining regular communication with collaborators, clients, and upper management to report progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
Problem-Solving : Addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, whether they are technical, logistical, or related to team dynamics.
Monitoring and Reporting : Continuously supervising project performance and producing regular progress reports. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring adherence to the project timeline.
Required Skills
You hold a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering.
You have experience working to integrate Air system development (3 years minimum).
Knowledgeable with civil airworthiness FAR Part 25 regulations relating to the air system and have a working understanding of industry advisory material for applicable TCCA, EASA, and FAA certification requirements.
Familiarity with problem reports (to document Root Cause, Immediate Failure Effect, Corrective Actions, Evidence)
Familiar with Technical content of Service Bulletins
Independent to lead tasks directly with supplier and client stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced abilities in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have the capacity to optimally meet deadlines while paying close attention to details.
You have the capacity to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English.
