Sales Specialist
Join the RONA family. RONA, a leading name in retail hardware, welcomes passionate sales professionals to contribute to building a flourishing organization. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your unique set of skills while delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers and fellow RONA associates.
- Conduct sales activities by promoting and recommending products, loyalty plans, or installation services that match customer needs.
- Keep shelves stocked and merchandise displayed correctly.
- Prepare the weekly flyer.
- Perform order management duties : enter new orders, coordinate special orders with vendors, track and fulfill orders, and resolve any issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service by following up on completed orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting customers in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
- Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
