Bilingual Recruiting Specialist – Permanent Full-Time role

The Bilingual Recruiting Specialist will work on various clients across Canada. We are looking for go-getters that can combine an aggressive sales approach with a thorough understanding of the Internet, social media applications and technology. The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to succeed in a fun, lively, fast-paced, and ever-changing atmosphere!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates.

• Understand the required candidate’s profile for the program you are supporting within Acosta.

• Promote Acosta’s image and brand on every call.

• Proactively looks for new sources of candidates.

• Create new ways to connect with target talent.

• Complete candidates interview over the phone.

• Enter and manage candidate’s profile in Taleo.

• Build and manage a pool of suitable candidates for the programs the team supports.

• Deliver the required tasks in a reasonable time frame.

• Manages and reacts to urgent requirements.

• Other miscellaneous duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications :

• Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal communication)

• One to two years of recruiting experience (preferred)

• Retail sales, call center, customer service or outside sales experience desired.

• Event or promotion experience a plus

• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic.

• Highly articulate, accurate and attentive to detail.

• Very Goal oriented.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Customer service oriented.

• Enjoys talking to new people - Not afraid to cold-call.

• Proficient with Internet search engines & social networking.

• Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet definite deadlines.
