About the Team :
The Global Technologies Services team delivers leading-edge, cost-effective technology services and support. We operate globally, leveraging best practices and adhering to common standards and security measures. The Middleware group within GTS plays a crucial role in supporting firm activities worldwide.
About the Role :
The Middleware Administrator will be responsible for the administration and support of file transfer solutions within the Global Technologies Services environment. This role will primarily focus on IBM Sterling Suite products, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administration & Support :
Manage and maintain IBM Sterling Suite products (Connect Enterprise, Connect Express, Connect Direct, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy).
Implement and maintain best practices, standards, and procedures for all file transfer activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal clients (GTS, ITEC, etc.).
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and procedures.
