Fourni un soutien administratif, notamment en remplissant des documents, en classant des dossiers et en tenant des registres.

Poste ouvert à une personne débutante mais nécessitant généralement des connaissances ou une expérience préalable.

Responsabilités :

  • Assurer le suivi des coûts et la gestion de la flotte des véhicules
  • Assurer le suivi des heures des travailleurs temporaires pour l’ensemble de la compagnie
  • Gestion des fournitures de bureau et de l'inventaire, de la documentation et du classement, avec une attention particulière aux normes de classement complexes pour les informations sensibles.
  • Le travail comporte des tâches récurrentes et supervisées mais exige de la discrétion sur les dossiers confidentiels

Compétences / qualifications :

  • La plus importante : la bonne humeur
  • Capacité à travailler tous les jours de la semaine, du lundi au vendredi.
  • Compétences informatiques notamment Word, Excel et Outlook niveau intermédiaire.
  • Souci du détail et bonne organisation
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement et efficacement avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les membres de l'équipe.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement de travail rapide et en constante évolution tout en gérant des tâches multiples pour atteindre les objectifs.
  • Français parlé et écrit courant
  • Anglais parlé et écrit niveau intermédiaire

Provides administrative support, including document completion, filing and record keeping. Position open to a beginner but generally requires prior knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Track costs and manage vehicle fleet
  • Track temporary workers' hours for the entire company
  • Management of office supplies and inventory, documentation and filing, with particular attention to complex filing standards for sensitive information.
  • Work involves recurring and supervised tasks but requires discretion on confidential files

Skills / qualifications :

  • Most important : good humor
  • Ability to work every day of the week, Monday to Friday.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook at intermediate level.
  • Attention to detail and good organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers and team members.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to achieve objectives.

  • Fluent spoken and written French
  • Intermediate level of spoken and written English
