Job description

We are seeking a Remote Sales Associate who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
  • Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
  • Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States/Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency with online platforms (Zoom, Google Sheets, Forms)
  • Skilled in time management and multitasking
  • Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
