Remote Sales Associate - Training Provided

We are seeking a Remote Sales Associate  who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and / or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
• Explain and review permanent benefits clearly and accurately.
• Guide clients through enrollment and claims processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
