Job description
Select is partnering with our client to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Support professional to assist with daily office and customer-facing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, customer service, and light inventory coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $19-21/hr, depending on experience
• Part-time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday, temporary position

Position Summary:
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Support front-line customer service and assist with walk-in or client requests
• Assist with tracking inventory, updating records, and monitoring stock levels
• Coordinate orders, supplies, and basic inventory organization
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support and/or customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person, phone, and email
• Basic experience with inventory tracking or order coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Reliable and able to work independently

Bonus Points For:
• Experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory-related roles
• Familiarity with invoicing, order entry, or basic bookkeeping
• Post-secondary education in administration, business, or related field
