Key Responsibilities:

Quotes, issues purchase orders, and expedites approval documentation and materials
Prepares material issue reports for weekly project meetings
Processes and compiles various reports;
Facilitates communication between all groups involved in projects
Issues inspection purchase orders and processes inspection invoices
Expedites documentation submissions/returns for major buyouts
Contacts and meets with vendors/suppliers on purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries
Supports site construction phase
Handles other purchasing and expediting tasks as required

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Solid understand of Propak Operations
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
Experience in Visual Manufacturing or similar ERP system software is an asset
