Position Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team to support daily logistics operations, including dispatch coordination, driver paperwork management, order processing, invoicing, and dispatch coverage. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers, yards, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Support
Provide accurate and timely information to support daily operations.
Using Tread Software
Driver Paperwork Management
Collect all Strada Aggregates driver paperwork daily, including log sheets and tickets.
Dispatch Duties
Dispatch operations for Stallion Soils, including :
Taking customer orders
Billing and Invoicing
Prepare and issue customer invoices
