  • Collaborate closely with the Site Superintendent to ensure projects achieve their scheduled targets and profitability goals.
  • Advocate for and implement health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project.
  • Regularly update the construction schedule to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate tasks and activities with various project stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultants, site foremen, field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that materials and workmanship comply with quality standards and regulations.
  • Lead by example to ensure that all site personnel adhere to the company's safety culture.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as an Assistant Site Superintendent within an established construction company specialize in low-rise and high-rise buildings.
  • Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of all construction trades and construction techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry operations specifically construction specifications, building materials, methods, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for leading and inspiring a diverse team.
  • Skilled in using construction management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
