- Create captivating and visually appealing posts to engage and grow our social media following.
- Nurture relationships with followers to create an interactive and responsive online community.
- Execute various buyer, seller, and first-time home buyer campaigns to support database nurturing efforts.
- Provide business planning, coaching, and training to equip agents for success in the upcoming market.
Compensation :
$79,000 - $120,500 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Reach out to and follow up with potential leads in order to increase sales
- Schedule meetings with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and match them with the right property
- Maintain contact with leads to create more sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate more sales
- Remain informed on local information to answer clients' queries about the house and neighborhood
Qualifications :
- Must possess a valid Real Estate license
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Preferable to have a proven track record of sales experience and success
- Must exhibit the ability to effectively manage time and be organized
- Must be able to attend training sessions both in the evening and during the day
- Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Must be technologically savvy
