Site Foreman
We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced foreman, journeyman plumber to join our team. Our staff work on project-based work consisting mainly of commercial construction.
Our work is based in the greater Calgary area with a focus on commercial / industrial projects.
Ideal candidate will also possess :
Clean drivers abstract & background check*
Minimum of 5-10 years related experience in the trade and Red Seal Certification or equivalent - Plumbing & Gas fitting* Strong motivation to perform high quality while maintaining project schedule.
- Capable of creating accurate material takeoffs and following a detailed project specification and adhering to the specifications and drawings.
- Ability to communicate requests for changes in the field from drawings and specification to the office so that proper change order requests may be submitted and approved prior to any deviation.
- 3rd or 4th year apprentice with relevant experience may be considered
