The successful candidate will be required to :
Demonstrate experience in a leadership role on commercial projects
Organize tasks, determine material needs and manage time for themselves as well as two or more staff / apprentices.
Read and interpret construction drawings.
Coordinate / schedule with other trades.
Complete site paper work legibly and in a timely fashion.
