Join our dynamic corporate communications team in downtown Toronto as the Specialist, Investor Relations and Communications and play a vital role in helping IAMGOLD achieve its strategic objectives by effectively sharing our story with diverse audiences through various media channels.
As part of the team, you'll contribute to our global communication plan while taking ownership of specific initiatives, fostering personal and professional growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including production coordination, content development, strategy development, and editorial planning, writing and editing.
In the area of production coordination, you'll oversee the timely distribution of employee communications, ensuring the smooth operation of e-communications, support documents, intranet updates, social media posts, and external website updates.
Additionally, you'll facilitate the preparation of employee Live Events, such as Town Halls, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases of production.
Your expertise in technical and graphic support will be invaluable as you assist with corporate communications and investor relations projects.
This includes crafting employee memos, social media shareables, videos, print materials, and managing social media platforms.
You'll also provide support for investor relations activities, such as news release filings, investor presentations, website updates, financial reports and event coordination.
In strategy development, you'll contribute input to communications plans, collaborating closely with other departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Moreover, you'll assist in implementing the corporate communication plan by coordinating with various internal stakeholders and translation teams.
