Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $83 to $93 based onexperience.
11month contract formaternity leave coverage
Fulltime : 37.50 hours per week.
Daytime schedule : may include earlymornings.
Hybrid work : 3 remotedays and 2 office days (3 office days in April on Tuesdays toThursday).

Responsibilities :
Playa contributing role to the quarterendprocess :
Summarize analysts pre and postcall sentiment and Analysts reportsof the Company. This involves summarizing analyst reports issued onthe Company before and afterearnings.
Review and analyze theearnings calls of peers as part of the quarter end activities. Thisinvolves analyzing peer company performance relative to analystexpectations and reporting on the performance of key businesslines.
Lead the preparation ofBoard reports including summarizing the past quarter s IRactivities progress on IR s goals analyst sentiment movements inholdings and stock performance.
Assist with quarter end deliverables including drafting of theearnings press release developing slides and speaking notes for theearnings conference call / webcast asrequired.
Assist with identifyingpotential earnings callsquestions.
Lead the preparationof other quarterly deliverables such as company fact sheets for useby various internal and externalstakeholders.
AnalysisandPresentations :
Assist with general research and market analysis. Develop a strongunderstanding of our webbased IR tools to extract required marketdata and conduct related financial analysis (e.g. Bloomberg NASDAQIRI).
Lead the preparation formarketing road shows including preparing and updating presentationmaterials for senior management coordinating logistics with brokersand internal stakeholders providing insights on priority investorsto meet and creating briefing material for seniormanagement.
Review MFC and peercommunication materials to ensure MFC maintains best practicestandards.
RelationshipManagement :
Ensure call tracking / meeting databases are maintained and up todate.
Work with IR team andfinancial intelligence vendors to create target investor reportsmanage investor contacts and maintain communicationcalendar.
Coordinate organize andsupport meetings with MFCexecutives.
SpecialProjects & AdhocRequests :
Initiate and complete strategic projects and initiatives asrequired. This includes leveraging internal resources like BusinessInformation Centre and externalvendors.
Assist with developingand executing IR marketing and targeting strategy. This involvesmaintaining investor targeting model and developing nearterm andlongterm strategic IR marketingplans.
Participate in ad hoc orspecial projects asrequired.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelors degree in finance oraccounting.
CPA or CFAcertification is an asset.
5years of progressive work experience in the financial servicesindustry.
Experience in thefinancial services industry.
Strong working knowledge of financial reporting and managementreporting skills.
Ability tolearn quickly with excellent time management and organizationalskills.
Ability to work withintight and changing time constraints and to handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team with a high commitment tointernal and external customerservice.
Ability to use judgmentand initiative in anticipating and solvingissues.
Strong analytical skillsand attention to detail.
Strongcomputer skills particularly in PowerPoint and Excel includingfinancial modeling and charting.
Familiarity with Bloomberg or NASDAQ IRI (including Exceladdins).
Strong writingcommunication and "storytelling"skills.
Ability to use tact anddiplomacy in dealing with others.
Ability to leverage external data sources to complete daytodayactivities.
