Act as the key interface for services for assigned buildings, ensuring that client needs are met through the delivery of a value-added services.
Work with direct reports to develop objectives and operating plans.Train and coach staff of company procedures and policies : site specific, corporate, and legislative, ensuring all training documentation is reviewed and uploaded.
Reward and recognize staff for outstanding performance.Identifies and analyzes information to give early warnings of potential problemsBuild a strong partnership with Property Management, Developers and The Condo Board(s) in exceeding client expectations for contracted servicesOversees the effective scheduling of team, supporting hiring processes, timesheets, expense reimbursement and trainingManages new hire instruction on policies and procedures, and completion of all appropriate forms and maintaining good communicationQualifications : University Degree / College Diploma preferred business administrationRequired - 3-5 years’ experience in the security industryRequired - 2 years’ experience at a management levelExcellent management, negotiating and organizational skills;
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve resultsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to travel occasionallyWilling and able to exercise the authority entrusted in order to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilitiesComfortable and competent in representing the organizationTravel required with your vehicle within the GTAAbility to attend and conduct presentationsManual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
