We are actively looking for an HVAC Electrician / Technician with extensive technical experience, a strong commitment to customer service and safety, and excellent problem-solving skills.

POSITION : HVAC Electrician / Technician

PAY : $38.00 - $55.00 per hour, we pay based on experience.

WORK HOURS : Full-Time, Monday through Friday

LOCATION : Saskatoon, SK

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

• Troubleshooting issues with all residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints, or the current building / plumbing codes
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by inspecting product quality and installation to guarantee conformance
• Documenting service and installation actions by completing work orders, reports, logs, and records
• Creating a positive relationship with customers by demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining company vehicles to neat, clean, and safe standards
• Providing excellent account servicing, including analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting testing, and resolving issues for both new and existing accounts professionally
• Providing excellent customer service and communication with customers
• Stay current on industry developments and technologies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and insurable driving record
• Journeyman Technician is ideal, but not required
• Commercial and Industrial HVAC service experience
• Routine maintenance experience
• In-depth understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to engage with individuals sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
