The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives, executing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, has excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Execution :
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to evaluate effectiveness.
Content Creation :
- Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, emails, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content to support marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing :
- Assist in managing digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and online content promotion.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics using analytics tools to optimize digital marketing efforts.
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for marketing strategies, target audience segmentation, and product / service positioning.
Marketing Collateral and Branding :
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop and update marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, sales materials, and product documentation.
Event Coordination :
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities to maximize event ROI and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education with a full understanding of industry, company and customer sales principles.
- Minimum 3 years global or Canadian marketing experience
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Understanding of client / server and Web services applications an asset.
