We are looking fora dynamic and resultsdriven Growth Marketer to join our team atRankbreeze. In this role you will be at the forefront of our growthinitiatives working to drive user acquisition engagement andretention through a mix of creative marketing strategies anddatadriven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord in scaling software products a deep understanding of digitalmarketing channels and a passion for the hospitalityindustry.

KeyResponsibilities

• StrategyDevelopment : Design and implement comprehensive growth marketingstrategies to acquire and retain users with a focus on achievingscalable and sustainable growth.
• Data Analysis : Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics identifygrowth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts for maximumefficiency and effectiveness.
• Content Creation : Develop engaging and informative marketing materials that resonatewith our target audience and driveconversions.
• SEO and SEM : Optimize our onlinepresence through targeted SEO and SEM campaigns improving ourvisibility in search engine results and increasing organictraffic.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Optimize the conversion paths within our website. This includes A / Btesting landing pages signup processes and user onboarding toimprove conversion rates.
• Email Marketing : Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns includingsegmentation personalization and A / B testing to increase engagementand customer loyalty.
• Social Media andCommunity Management : Engage with our community across social mediaplatforms fostering relationships and promoting our brand throughcreative and interactive content.
• PartnershipDevelopment : Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships withindustry influencers complementary brands and other stakeholders toexpand our reach andinfluence.

Requirements :

• Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business or a relatedfield.
• 3 years of experience in growthmarketing preferably in the software or hospitalityindustry.
• Strong analytical skills withproficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google AnalyticsMixpanel).
• Experience with SEO SEM social mediaemail marketing and content marketing.
• Creativethinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas andstrategies.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to work collaborativelyacross teams.
• Selfmotivated and resultsorientedwith a high level of initiative anddrive.
