Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 + Benefits + Bonus

A leading construction company specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects is actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its team in Etobicoke, located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to provide regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, and scope changes.
• Lead project teams effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with trades and stakeholders to optimize project efficiency.

Skills and Experience :

• Construction Expertise : Demonstrated experience managing ICI projects from initiation to completion.
• Leadership : Proven track record of effectively leading project teams to achieve project goals.
• Communication : Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.
• Experience : Minimum of 10+ years in project management within the construction industry, preferably with experience in ICI projects.
• Education : Post-secondary degree / diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
