Summary of day-to-day responsibilities :
- The Program Delivery Manager will report to the AVP & Managing Director Program Delivery Lead and will provide overall program / project management support including program / project status reporting, roadmap scheduling, risk & issue management, project financial management, integrated status reporting and presentation preparation.
- The Program Delivery Manager is also responsible for ensuring our programs / projects adhere to bank’s project management standards and governance requirements.
Job Accountabilities :
- Prepares program / project status, schedules, issues, risks, decisions, project changes and financials for reviews and presentation to the executive leadership team.
- Supports delivery governance and compliance of program / project activities with the approved procedures & standards.
- Supports program leadership in preparing presentations to the Executive Steering Committee and other enterprise governance bodies.
- Maintains integrated schedule, interdependencies, critical path, and roadmap.
- Supports the change control and escalation process.
- Ensures fulfillment of enterprise financial reporting needs.
- Maintenance of the artifact repository, organization chart and processes. Maintains risks, assumptions, issues and decisions log, resource strategy and plan.
- Through vendor management, oversees Statements of Work for vendors / contractors.
- Supports delivery governance as related to customer experience, legal, strategic sourcing, corporate standards and practices, CAPA and others.
- Provides on demand administrative services such as logistical support for onboarding resources, vacation schedules.
- Administers lessons learned and closure reports.
- Point of contact and support for audit.
Must have :
- 10+ years of program / project management experience delivering large-scale business and technology initiatives with complex solutions in a highly integrated setting.
- Direct experience managing Tier 1 sized projects ($25M+).
- Experience managing projects in a Banking environment with high regulatory and governance standards.
- Experience with Corporate Cash Management, Corporate Treasury, or Transaction Banking.
- Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with project financial management (budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoicing, resource costs, non-resource costs, reporting).
- High-level of organizational awareness and demonstrated ability to effectively lead / manage projects with wide breadth of cross-stakeholder impacts.
- Superior organizational skills, including ability to employ systematic approach for identifying and tracking dependencies, ensuring proper resolution of outstanding items, and structuring efficient stakeholder meetings / discussions.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to formulate concise and impactful methods of communication.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently apply expert judgment with available information when proposing solutions / recommendations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
