We are seeking a Family Law Clerk to join our team in our family practice. This is an ideal
opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications :
- Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified with The Institute of Law
- Clerks of Ontario;
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a family law clerk;
- Solid understanding of family law procedures and processes, including the Family Law
- Rules;
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.
